All airspace data, calculations, and report outputs are provided for informational purposes only and must be independently verified before any flight operation. By creating an account or using DroneSite Planner (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free, credits, Pro, and Studio plan holders. RiverCloud Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted to this page.
DroneSite Planner provides drone show operators and Part 107 pilots with planning tools including: map-based grid layout, airspace data queries, sterile area modeling, site report generation, and KML/KMZ export. The Service is intended to assist and optimize your planning workflow — it is not a substitute for official FAA resources, certified airspace databases, or professional aviation judgment.
All data, calculations, and outputs provided by the Service — including but not limited to airspace classifications, floor altitudes, coordinate data, sterile area dimensions, and site report content — are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any data is current, complete, or accurate. Airspace conditions change frequently and may not be reflected in the Service's data sources. You must:

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, regulatory approval, or FAA authorization of any kind. A site report generated by DroneSite Planner is an internal planning document, not an official authorization or regulatory filing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RiverCloud Inc., its officers, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall RiverCloud's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; in those jurisdictions liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account, resell access, or use the Service in any way that violates these terms or applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service, including all software, design, content, and documentation, is owned by RiverCloud Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Site reports and exports you generate from your own data are yours to use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying technology without express written permission.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Sections 03, 04, 05, and 07 survive any termination of your account or these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
